In the Head Office of our company works approximately 500 employees. These are not just our support teams, such as Human Resources, Administration, Marketing or Accounting, but also a place where the Diebold Nixdorf Service is located which provides comprehensive warranty and post-warranty service and technical support.
The idea of Service is based on our own network and providing the customers with the service of our DN and other manufacturers devices. We service the hardware and software that we provide – starting with POS systems and peripheral devices, cash machines (ATM), cash deposit machines and cash dispensers, terminals and EFT-POS payment systems. In addition, we also provide Multivendor service – The possibility to service all equipment regardless of their manufacturer.
Our engineers are trained in the Service Training Center in Germany and the Service Center in Warsaw.
We also have a Monitoring Center, which offers constant control, quick detection of breakdowns or interruptions, possibility of immediate response, optimized cash loading for ATMs or remote software update.
